1. How long does it take?

   All our canvases are made to order so delivery is 7-10 working days. Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm so it is a good idea to have your canvas delivered to your work if you will not be at home.

   Your art service may take longer. You will be informed of a delivery date when liaising with our graphic designers.

2. How much is delivery?

   We now offer worldwide delivery - prices as follows:

   UK Mainland	£10.50
   N. Ireland	£25.00
   Europe, Eire, Channel Isles	£30.00
   USA, Canada	£50.00

   Deliveries can arrive at anytime between 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange the delivery to be made to your work address.

3. Can I have my canvas sent to a different address?

   Yes. Simply fill in the delivery address when confirming your order.

4. I cannot find the size I want?

   We offer a made to measure service. If you have a bespoke size then get in touch with us and we will calculate a price for you. Email us at enquiries@Kenkaro.com or phone on 01322 315 330.

5. Can I change the colours of a print?

   We can change the colours of any Artwork Boutique print free of charge. Simply get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

6. Can I mix and match?

   If you would like to combine more than one piece of artwork and create a truly unique masterpiece then get in touch with us and we will let you talk through your ideas with one of our graphic designers.

7. Do you have a gallery?

   We currently do not have a gallery however we do have a number of prints displayed in various establishments through out the UK.

8. Can you print my photos and images?

   Yes. Please see our Your Images Put On Canvas service for more information. You can simply upload you image online or send it to us in the post.

9. What are the minimum requirements for my digital image to be printed?

   If you are scanning your images then please scan them at a minimum of 300dpi and save them as a JPEG. We can only accept pictures taken with a minimum 4 megapixel camera. As a guide an image 1MB (1024KB) in size will print fine up to 400mm x 500mm.

10. Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?

    We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more info.

11. Can I print any image?

    Yes. We can print from slides, CD's, negatives, paper photos etc. We create your hard copy image into digital format with our professional scanning equipment.

12. Will I get my images back?

    Yes. We will return all images back to you when sending your order. However we will not be held responsible if they go missing in transit so make sure to back up your images before sending!

13. How do I care for my canvas?

    To maintain and increase the lifespan of your canvas do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth, instead a light hoover with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.

14. Do you supply to trade?

    Yes. We have a large number of trade customers in various industries and offer a wide range of trade products. To learn more please see our Trade counter.
